Introduction:
Typical products like triple flip
off caps, blood bags, xylophone tubes etc. are few of the products successfully
sterilized in a ventilator autoclave. Though the medium can be effectively
sterilized with steam, a steam air mixture is use to cause pressure balancing
within the chamber and hence prevent any deformation. In order to prevent
any presence of cold spots (that can hamper the efficiency off the process)
a steam air mixture recirculation system is in place. The recirculation
system comprises of a centrally located impeller along with the heat exchangers
placed in the cylindrical chamber. Technique: A
ventilator is necessarily a cylindrical pressure vessel with heat exchangers
along the side curvature supported by inverted u shaped chamber construction
at the bottom of the ventilator. Features:
1.Complaince with USFDA & EN 285 standards. Applications: Pre filled syringes Dental cartridges Triple flip off caps Over wrapped pouches Blood bags Terminal sterilization of large volume parenterals in any type of containers. Optional Features:
A cooling water tank with a circulating pump for
cooling the mechanical seal of the main impeller. |
