Technique:

The DISINFECTOMAT" Washer Disinfector cleans by means of through washing cycle with detergent for stipulated time period. Disinfection is carried out by means of 2 fold process. First hot water sprays over the entire load. Rotating arms are used to spray the water uniformly over the load .the water is made to rise to a temperature of 65 deg.c to assure efficient disinfection. Steaming of the items that assures a sterile product follows the hot water rinsing.

HIGH IMPACT CLEANING SYSTEM
The DISINFECTOMAT is provided with three rotary spray arms. The design and location of arms ensure that every surface of the load is uniformly cleaned. The arms rotate due to the water pressure thereby eliminating any mechanical drive system.

AUTOMATIC DETERGENT DOZING
The machine is equipped with an automatic detergent dozing system to doze the required amount of detergent in the rinse water.

IN-BUILT HEATING SYSTEM
In Hospitals where hot water is not available the DISINFECTOMAT is equipped with an electric heating system. This heats the water to a temperature of 65 deg. Celsius for higher cleaning efficiency.

USER FRIENDLY PROGRAM MENU
The DISINFECTOMAT has a microprocessor-controlled operating system. The Operating Console is provided with a membrane keypad and electronic display unit for easy operation and monitoring of the process. Up to 6 pre-programmed processes give the user fantastic flexibility for cleaning and disinfecting a wide range of load configuration.

· Double walled pass through construction for guaranteeing barrier isolation between the soiled and clean area.
