All MACHINFABRIK Sterilization systems are designed to comply with international regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. This requires us to follow a high standard of engineering for selecting the metallurgy of the different components and sub-assemblies, apply a high standard of engineering in the design, manufacture and fabrication and give special attention to the process management systems to ensure a high degree of process repeatability and accuracy.

CHAMBERS

All sterilization chambers are designed as per ASME codes. All contact parts are fabricated from S.S. 316L or S.S. 316Ti with high quality argon welding. The chamber is re-inforced with a jacket. All weld joints are x-ray tested and the chambers are pressure tested for your maximum safety.

For superior hygiene, the chamber has no corners or crevices. All parts are polished to guarantee a surface roughness better than 0.3mm. The chambers are specially sloped for full and easy removal of steam condensate.

The chambers are insulated with chlorine-free and non-particle shredding rock wool insulation to prevent operator scalding.

DOORS

Sterilizers can be provided with one or two doors.

The door can be automatically operated "SLIDING DOORS" or the more conventional hinged doors with radial locking bolts.

The door sealing is with the help of a USP Grade VI silicone door gasket.

Various safety features - door interlock and process lock are built into the door for maximum operator safety and process reliability.

PIPING SYSTEM

All sterilizers are provided with S.S. 316L piping. The piping is argon or orbital welded. All pipe fittings are sanitary tri-clamp connections. All valves used are stainless steel ball or diaphragm valves with PTFE seals.

The piping design ensures minimum dead-legs and full drain ability for superior hygiene.

For easy installation all drains are connected to a common drain manifold which can be piped to the floor drain during installation.

LOADING CARRIAGE AND FLOOR TROLLEYS

A wide range of loading accessories are available for your every need. All carriages are fabricated from S.S. 316 or S.S. 316L and are provided with perforated removable and adjustable shelves or racks. The carriage is provided with special heat resistant stainless steel or stainless steel PTFE lined wheels with heat resistant and hermatically sealed bearings.

The Floor Trolley is made from S.S. 304 and is provided with polyurethane wheels suitable for pharma flooring.

CONTAMINATION SEALS

All double door machines are equipped with stainless steel isolation barriers to prevent cross-flow of air in pass through installations.

CABINET ENCLOSURE

For easy installation and high aesthetic appeal the sterilizers can be provided with stainless steel cabinet enclosures. This isolates the mechanical and electrical service area of the machine for a high level of GMP.
